Testimonials

we chose to go with Sunny Homes for our most recent project, based on a strong recommendation from a friend who had built with them. We were impressed from the very beginning.
The entire process was incredibly simple and straightforward. Sunny Homes assisted us in finding the perfect block of land and helped with the plans and selections, including collaborating with their talented interior designer. They kept us updated on the progress of the house on a weekly to fortnightly basis, ensuring we were always informed.
Their system is streamlined, and the aftercare service has been nothing short of phenomenal.
After experiencing the quality of our first home, we’ve recommended Sunny Homes to many others and entrusted them with another build in Redhill, as well as several other projects. We’re grateful for their professionalism and the exceptional service they’ve provided.
Sunny Homes not only builds homes; they build lasting relationships where customers become repeat clients.
Thanks once again to the entire team at Sunny Homes!

We recently built our custom-designed home with Sunny Homes in the ACT region, and the entire journey has been nothing short of incredible. From the get-go, their in-house architect was open to our ideas, ensuring the structural and design aspects were perfectly aligned with our vision.Navigating the planning and approval phase was made easy with Sunny Homes. What impressed us the most was their ability to keep the construction phase smooth, especially considering the challenges posed by the pandemic. They consistently updated us, ensuring our home was delivered on time without any unexpected costs.Working with their interior designer was a delightful experience. She not only understood our vision but also added unique touches like the timber posts by the stairs and the timber cladding in the hallway, which truly elevate the feel of our home. Every corner of our house showcases the quality of work and craftsmanship they put in.The handover process was thorough, with Sunny walking us through our new home’s features. They also provided a file with all the warranties, a thoughtful touch. We did spot a few minor things, but they’ve assured us of their attention to them, and we trust their word.Communication has been a standout aspect for us. Both Sunny and the foreman were approachable and transparent throughout. The entire process felt less like a business transaction and more like building a home with friends. It’s this personal touch and camaraderie that made our experience with Sunny Homes so memorable.

I and my husband would definitely recommend Sunny Homes. The team is highly professional and responsive. From start to finish, our experience with Sunny Homes: met deadlines, was approachable, helpful in making difficult decisions, respectful, excellent attention to detail, very welcoming, and maintained integrity and honesty. I must mention the after-service being offered by Sunny Homes after the house handover. They are very responsive to every small or big issue. We love our house. Thank you Navleen Ji, Jono, Patty, and the full team(behind the screen) for everything.
